Preferably based in: Bangkok or Singapore

Your Job:
  • Pre-Sales Field Activity
  • Technical Presentations and hands-on training with customers
  • Mapping out the wishes and technical requirements of our clients
  • Communication in a documented format to the right people within the company
  • Filtering of the right and feasible projects
  • Frequently travel throughout the region and to the headquarters for training
  • Customer responsibility
Your Profile:
  • Higher technical qualification
  • Experience with technical projects
  • A natural sense of business and customer orientation
  • Passion, enthusiasm and interest in IP based video surveillance
  • Self-motivation and flexibility
  • Very good English speaking and writing skills, beside the language of the region

Your Job:

You will be responsible to answer inbound customer calls, emails and web submissions while demonstrating technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
