This release is the newest version of MOBOTIX MxEasy. MxEasy provides for quick setup, configuration and use of a video security system with up to 16 MOBOTIX cameras. It is thus the correct choice for all small and compact camera networks. The application automatically searches for all existing MOBOTIX cameras and conducts the initial configuration of the devices. You do not need any deeper knowledge of network technology to connect and operate your MOBOTIX cameras.

This version brings the following new features:

• Graphical and functional improvements of the user interface and the application window
• Improved MxEasy Assistant with selection of mounting position and display mode for Hemispheric cameras
• Extended support of PTZ and Hemispheric features
• Definition of network environments for accessing the same cameras from different locations
• Playback and export of recorded data (with preview) for AVI, MxPEG clips and file server structures
• Deactivation of the whole system using the Privacy mode

Installation

• MPKG.ZIP: Automatic Installation
  • Download the MPKG.ZIP file.
  • Installation starts automatically (if this is not the case, please double-click on the downloaded MPKG.ZIP to unpack it, then double-click the MPKG file to start the installation).
  • Once the installation has been completed, double-click on the installed application in the Applications folder.
• DMG: Manual Installation
  • Download the DMG file.
  • Double-click on the DMG file.
  • Drag the application to the Applications folder.
  • Double-click on the installed application in the Applications folder.
