This software release supports the IP Video Door Station with all attached MxBus modules (e.g. Security Door Opener, Keypad, etc.) and the Grandstream GVX3140 IP video phone. With this software, the IP Video Door Station (with installed Security Door Opener and Keypad) provides secure keyless entry (using RFID cards and PIN codes), video mailbox, extended door bell functionality as well as setup without computer and backup power supply.

This software release contains the same functions as its predecessor 4.0.4.18. Among other improvements, you can implement flexible alarm reactions for one event by executing virtually any number of action profiles (FTP, e-mail, sound, phone call and network messages). This release also brings enhanced functionality in the VoIP/SIP telephony area, DHCP server functionality for self-sustaining networks, encrypted e-mail transfer using SSL/TLS and also supports devices with RS232 interface (via USB-to-FTDI adapter). In addition, this release also contains the adjustments and enhancements to the MxPEG video stream that are required for the new features of the upcoming software releases MxControlCenter V2.5 and MxEasy V1.4.

Version 1.3.1 is the most recent release of MOBOTIX MxEasy. MxEasy provides for quick setup, configuration and use of a video security system with up to 16 MOBOTIX cameras. It is thus the correct choice for all small and compact camera networks. The application finds all existing MOBOTIX cameras and automatically conducts the initial configuration of the devices. You do not need any deeper knowledge of network technology to connect and operate your MOBOTIX cameras. This release also brings a freely resizable application window, improved configuration of alarms and recordings, support of the T24M with Siedle modules, an improved player, subsequent video motion detection (Post VM) as well as configurable recording targets of the cameras.
