And could Ispy be used with the Q24? Maybe more than one video stream?

I'm pretty sure that iSpy can only retrieve the MJPEG stream of Mobotix cameras. This fact means two things (a good one and a bad one):

1) [good] All Mobotix cameras share the same URL for MJPEG stream which is http://[ip_cam]/record/current.jpg. Therefore if iSpy supports for example a D12 it must support all the other models as well because there's no difference in terms of stream between a D12 and the other models.

2) [bad] The MJPEG stream is not the best solution for videosurveillance: it gives good quality image but it requires a lot of bandwidth. Moreover it doesn't support audio.

If you want to use iSpy as a desktop solution I would suggest to use the MxCC. If you are using it only with your iPhone... well, the Apple Store has planty of free applications that can do the job without the need for extra work.

Hope this helps!
