06/27/2008 - MOBOTIX included in German Entrepreneurial Index (GEX)

Kaiserslautern, 27 June 2008/ Mobotix, an internationally leading manufacturer of digital, high-resolution and network-based video security systems, has been included in the German Entrepreneurial Index (GEX) by the Deutsche Börse AG per June, 23, 2008.
The GEX which has been introduced on January, 3, 2005, includes shares of German companies listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange that have been quoted for a maximum of 10 years and are being managed by their owners. Managed by their owners means that the members of the board of directors and the supervisory board or their families hold between 25 and 75 percent of the voting rights. Since its introduction the GEX showed an outperformance against DAX, MDAX, TecDAX and SDAX.
