Problems to get Images of Nass

Hello Everyone!!. I have 5 Cameras with a Nass.
Now you can see normaly the events of 3 Cameras.
The problem is that you haven't acces to the events only in two Cameras ussing Web brouse and MX center and easy.
However if you do a FTP to the Nass you can see all the evnts of the 5 Cameras.

I would appreciate someone to help me
