Unable to hear audio on Q24

Hi guys. Have my Q24 installed. I can use the speaker ok on the unit, using the test sounds through the browser. Unable to hear any audio though through the unit, using the web browser (plugin is installed), MXCC or MX Easy. the audio is activated on the unit, and mic turned on.

Any advice is appreciated. thanks. If anyone wants to try the unit its IP is.

I see the problem that you're talking about, but I can't find how to fix it because I need administrator rights.
I have to open Admin's menu, may be make some changes, etc..
So, if you trust me, give admin's logon and pass, I will take a closer look.

Tried to connect in the evening, but it was impossible..
Have you turned the camera off after 5 p.m (gmt)?

Can anyone confirm the voltage operating range as well please? 12 VDC would be great, but i have a funny feeling that someone is going to tell me that the lower range is 24 VDC

Try it now, please.

some advises:
- update camera firmware, there is a new one on the Mobotix site,
- set speaker volume not so high to avoid distortion,
- change logins/passwords now, because everyone who knows it can make the camera useless for you

I wont test it tonight as their is no sound there now, but i will first thing.

Thanks. What did you do?

I will update the firmware tommorow, first thing.

Anyone have any advice on the Power Supply range?
