D22M always engaged to incoming SIP calls?

D22M always engaged to incoming SIP calls?

Hi there,

I have a couple of D22M-SEC IP cameras and have setup VoIP using VoIPtalk.

Both cameras can dial out with no problems but for some reason they will not answer any incoming calls.

The caller always gets the busy/engaged tone.

I have setup the X-Lite softphone on the same network as the D22M using the VoIPtalk account details I have on my iPhone and when either camera dials out that will accept an incoming call so I can only assume my router is allowing VoIP traffic through correctly and the issue lies with the D22M?

Can anyone help please?

SIP call-in

Open "Admin menu - Phone Call-In" and check "Phone Call-in" field.
It must be "VoIP Only" or "VoIP and ISDN", but not "Disabled".
Also check "Accepted Phone Numbers or SIP Addresses" - this field must be empty, or your SIP number (dialer's number) must be presented there.

If you're dialing not from local network it can be NAT/Firewall issue too.
