Picture & Problem after Upgrade

Hi,
we have 3 Mobotix M12D-Sec-DNight.
2 of them are older than the last one.
The 2 older have been runing with firmware 3.4.0.9 for more than 1 year without any problem : good picture quality (by night too) and without any problem.
The last one camed with a newer firmware.
2 weeks ago a upgrade all the 3 cameras to firmware 3.5.2.23 without any problem.
But the first night when I look the pictures I saw that the quality is very very poor on all the 3 cameras.
So I downgrade all the 3 cameras to firmware 3.4.5.18.
OK the quality is better but not so good that with firmware 3.4.0.9.
The 3 cameras are now running with firmware 3.4.5.18 since 3 weeks ago.
One of the cameras "crashed" one week later than the downgrade to 3.4.5.18 : no ping, no web access, nothing. I unplugged the ethernet cable on the switch and the camera rebooted and is now running well.
Today, another camera crashed (or hangs) : no access anymore.
SO, NOW, WHAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR FIRMWARE ??? Did Mobotix no take the time to correctly debug the firmware they publish ???
I've installed 20+ M12D-Sec-Night cameras by customers. They are for now all running with firmware 3.4.0.9 WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM for more than 1 year. Should I upgrade these or not ???
WHERE IS THE FIRMWARE 3.4.0.9. I WISHES TO DOWNGRADE TO 3.4.0.9 FOR MY CAMERAS.

Hi,
I'd be very interested to see images as examples, e.g. a comparison from 3.5.2.23 to 3.4.0.9 how the quality has changed.
What about the stability issue you reported about version 3.4.5.18. Did you try to contact mobotix support about it?
