how to get a fluent motion

Mercredi 09 Décembre 2009 9:29:33 pm

Hi,

In the D12 camera I have installed, I have set up a 12 frames per seconds video but the motion is still largely cut. The image is high defined so I can reduce it to get a full motion, but isn't it possible to have a fluent motion even with high resolution?
I was thinking it was due to the PC where the MxCC is installed but a large more better PC doesn't seems to have any improvment.
But maybe I have missed some parameter?

thanks

Hello LABEGU
I have a D12 camera too but I get 3-4 fps. I would like to get 12 fps. Could you indicate me the way to do that. ¿Do you use SDK functions or other tool? Thanks.

D12 processor

The D12 processor can't get 12 fps on high quality images. The D24 (with the new processor) delivers the high FPS and the high quality images. (for exemple rezolution MEGA jpeg quality 80% and 12-15 FPS )

M12 and Q24

Mardi 23 Février 2010 2:49:41 am

Hi,

I am having the same problem and honestly, I am quite new in security surveillance system. I have a product demo of M12 and Q24 in my office and I am trying to set them up but I found out that there is a delay in my live image.

My setting is JPEG quality 60%, resolution with QXGA and frame rate as maximum fps.

Is there anything wrong with it?

Thanks.
