MxControlCenter

This is the latest version of the MOBOTIX MxControlCenter.

It contains many new features and functions such as freely definable Event Searches, a Post Video Motion Search of recorded video, the definition of an unlimited number of Users, User Groups along with expanded Group Rights, a Local Archive for "permanent" data storage, a comfortable live stream recorder and complete action logging.

To this rich set of features, improvements were made in the Export and Player functionality, in the Sidebar, plus the system performance was substantially improved, and the program is also available as a 64-bit version.

This version includes improved and enhanced configuration options for adding cameras to MxControlCenter, support of the Pelco D protocol for PTZ heads, expanded functions for remote-controlling MxControlCenter computers from other MxControlCenter computers or other applications—and also includes many other improvements.

Apart from the included languages English, German and French, we are offering these additional language packages for installation: Chinese (China), Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Russian and Spanish.

This version includes: Software PTZ, image post-processing, audio from and to the camera, export of video clips from stored alarms, integration of pan/tilt heads and digital or analog dome cameras, time-synchronized playback of many stored videos at the same time, integration of additional third-party cameras, ...

This version also allows examining Flash devices (SD cards, USB devices) recorded by MOBOTIX cameras directly at a computer, it has a Print dialog with extended features (such as PDF export) and many improvements of the Video Search and Player functions.

A CPU with at least 1 GHz is recommended. This version also supports Windows 2000 systems.

MxRemotePreview is a software component to improve the MxControlCenter's direct access to file servers via low bandwidth connections - e.g. via the Internet and a VPN tunnel. It is installed as a CGI program within a web server environment. MxControlCenter then does not retrieve the original stored audio/video data directly from the file server but sends a data request to the web server, which in turn calls MxRemotePreview for certain file types.
