we are trying to record images based on event logic, using a video motion rectangle, and a signal input from a contact device.
every time we close the contact device to create a recording condition for the camera, a counting down sequence is initiated on the right low corner of the live image, counting down from 60 to zero.
why is this happening?
how can we set this situation not to happen( what menu)?
