When I click configure on MxCC a table with all my camera with all the specification is opened. For all the M10 camera, no matter the firmware version, the event are not supported. So, if I configure the use of event, this kind of camera are always red blinking. This is a little misleading. Is normal that M10 camera are not totally supported by MxCC? The event configuration via web page work perfectly. Any suggestion? Daniel Grasso

What you ought to do is email the support people at MOBOTIX to let them know that you'd like to see the M10 software changed / upgraded so that it will do so and let them know how many of these older cameras you have. ( because I don't know how much work it would be to do it and in order to justify the work they need input/feedback from the customers - and the more people who request it, the more likely it will get done () cheers, Sam

Hi,
I have different kind of camera: M10, M12, M22.
