IP Notify profile without using GUI

Hello everybody,

I'm working on events managing and I want to create an IP Notify profile without using GUI.
May be it is possible to do that using such a command line:
curl --user admin:password "http://CAMERA_IP/admin/ipprofiles..."
or may be using admin/remoteconfig...
and configure target address, data protocol, text...
Does anyone have an idea?
