audio to camera not working

Hello everybody,
i've installed an M12D camera as a door camera with voip. Voip registration is ok, I can videocall the camera and I can hear the sound from the microphone, but the speaker doesn't work. The test sounds are played correctly, but I cannot use it as a remote speaker. I've tried both intercom via voip and "audio to camera" via the activex plugin.
Any suggestions?

Incoming Sip call / Outgoing Sip call

Have you check both (incoming and outgoing call sip)?
Which doesn't work?

I've tested both sip in, sip out, and intercom mode: the problem in every test is that when I speak the voice is not played by the camera speaker. The same problem appear if I use the connection via Internet Explorer activex, so I don't think it's a sip problem. I know it's not a volume speaker problem because i can hear the test sounds loud and clear.
