Large Red Octagon with exclamation point in upper left of image?

Any thoughts as to what this means or a way to clear it? I have looked everywhere...

That symbol is usually displayed in case of a faulty image sensor but it doesn't necessarily mean that the camera is broken.

If you want to remove it you need to go to http://[ip_cam]/admin/showconfig?edit, find the string "ENDSECTION imageimprover" and right after that line add the following code:

SECTION imageimprover_extend
error_symbol_live_display=0
ENDSECTION imageimprover_extend

Then save the camera configuration and reboot.
