The error message number 651 or 678 is shown when I try to access my camera with my ISDN card in a Windows PC. What does this mean?

The error number 651 means that 'Your modem (or other connection device) has reported an error.'
The error number 678 means 'No response.'
The most common cause of these error messages is that the called end – the MOBOTIX camera in this case – cannot be accessed. This can be due to any of the following reasons:
– The camera has no power
– An incorrect MSN is entered in the camera
– Data dial-up is disabled in the camera
– The two available ISDN lines are already assigned
– The NTBA is faulty
– There is a problem with the cabling.
