Your Job

  • Conduct active sourcing to locate the right candidates:

    • Utilize employee professional networks such as LinkedIn for sourcing candidates
    • Actively approach potential candidates via phone, mail or social media
    • Participate in physical and virtual recruiting events
  • Owner of the entire personnel recruitment process:

    • Work with marketing team to create effective and attractive job advertisements
    • Determine suitable recruiting channels to hire the right candidates for various open positions
    • Consult with appropriate departments and HR business partners
    • Organize and conduct interviews (web/phone) and objective recruitment assessment
    • Applicant management (administration, correspondence, tracking, follow up, selection)
    • Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments and other personnel documents

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a recruiting-focused field, especially in active sourcing
  • Excellent communication skills as well as high empathy, intuition and motivation to establish a trusting relationship with future employees
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for current recruiting trends and tools
  • High affinity for digital media
  • Proactive way of working and quick perception
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good English skills in speaking and writing
