Your Job

  • Provide deputy disciplinary and functional leadership & coaching to Business Development Managers and Technical Project Engineers in the region to ensure operational execution of all strategies to achieve all set plans
  • In collaboration with the line manager develop a yearly business plan incorporating all KPI‘s like revenue, cost, heads, etc. development as well as determining and analyzing the key drivers, measures, key marketing activities, opportunities & threats for all sub regions in the region

  • Ensure that all activities are reported efficient and sufficient as well as lead into a reliable pipeline permanently delivering on the revenue targets set

  • Overviewing and influence attendence of all main marketing & sales activities in the region

  • Representing MOBOTIX in front of Alliance Partner, shows, exhibitions and all sales related events

  • Leading C-Level meetings and negotiations with customer, end-user and partners where appropriated

Your Profile

  • Successfully accomplished studies with a focus on business, economics or equivalent education
  • 3+ years experience in an equal position and 3+ years of business development experience in the physical security or IT/software industry

  • Ability to establish strong and trustful relationships with high credibility to customers, partners and employees

  • Anlytical skills and market knowleadge to identify the right strategy to build plans uppon and overview the execution of the plan

  • Sales hunting skills and being dedicated to results

  • Excellent regional speaking and writing skills, preferred as native speaker

  • Very good English speaking and writing skills
