Your Job

  • Reception of customer contacts by multiple channels (telephone, e-mail, the Web, etc.) and log keep track of incident information
  • Resolution of moderately to highly complex technical problems, depending on the customers' need
  • Delivery of solutions by using available tools and procedures. Retain ownership of incidents and service requests that are escalated and periodically report the status of the incident or service request to the customer
  • Analysis of incident log in order to spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Share of knowledge with other people in writing technical documents and enlargement of the knowledge database, Update self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
  • Review of the resolution to learn how an escalated incident or service request was solved in the event a similar incident or service request is received in the future
  • Facilitation of the RMA process by troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware issues
  • Collection and Understanding of customer demands for products and providing feedback to product management for product improvement
  • Support for local or international exhibitions as a Technical Expert

Your Profile

  • Successfully accomplished studies in the field of Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent education or relevant work experience
  • Proven customer-oriented background and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to explain complex information in simple, clear terms to non-IT personnel
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking technologies (HTTP, RTSP, VPN, VoIP, etc) and troubleshooting techniques
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at one time
  • Experience in one or more of the areas below are a plus: camera/image knowledge, surveillance camera systems, storage systems, access control systems , application management and Linux OS
  • Willingness to work in shifts and occasionally on Bank Holidays
  • Business Level English Skills are essential, with other languages an advantage
