Your Job

• Supporting the Region in implementing the Global Sales Strategy to ensure continuous growth through effective
business planning and revenue target achievement
• Close co-operation with the Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Managers
• Owning the Regional Marketing Plan, providing a Management Overview and assisting the regions with the planning
and execution of all activities from conception through to post evaluation
• Ensuring, in conjunction with the ISM, that affective post event actions take place, eg. Thank You mailings, lead
management, event review and ROI evaluation
• Providing an up to date Marketing Management Report showing the status and overview of all activities across the
region
• Interface with Corporate Marketing ensuring that any regional issues are reported up and ensuring that new
concepts, ideas, initiative or marketing tools are informed and distributed to the regional teams
• Co-ordination and distribution of regional marketing communications
• Assisting the sales teams with Specialist Marketing advice and recommendations
• Maintaining up to date database of marketing tools, including Vertical specific or Themed presentations, images,
flyers etc
• Ensuring that Lessons Identified and Best Practice is defined and regularly shared with the Sales Teams
• Assist and provide input with the preparation of exhibitions and sales-related events with required participation
as necessary
• General Marketing related tasks as required

Your Profile

• Three years of experience in a Marketing role
• General IT Know-How, and interest in IP Technology and the ability to learn new skills quickly
• High level of Business and Customer orientation
• Ability to work unsupervised in a structured and organized manner
• Self driven and perseverant with an acute awareness of deadlines, costs and figures
• Have a good degree of creativity and enjoys ‘thinking outside the box’
• Excellent communication skills including very good English speaking and writing skills
