Sales Administrator EMEA & APAC (m/f/d)

based in Langmeil, Germany (HQ)




Your Job

  • Supports Global sales with Order Processing (hardware/Software) including communication on stock levels and lead time
  • Ensures data integrity through accurate data entry, maintenance procedures, using reports
  • Ensures accurate and timely product fulfillment
  • Resolve questions / problems related to customer inquiries on a daily basis
  • Analyze prior months sales and current inventory to ensure proper stock levels
  • Creates and follow-up of product quotes
  • Assists with the follow-up on overdue invoices
  • Administrative Support and general sales related tasks as required

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional and superior customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication english skills
  • Basic understanding of our products, customers and industry
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
