Sales Administrator EMEA & APAC (m/f/d)
based in Langmeil, Germany (HQ)
Your Job
- Supports Global sales with Order Processing (hardware/Software) including communication on stock levels and lead time
- Ensures data integrity through accurate data entry, maintenance procedures, using reports
- Ensures accurate and timely product fulfillment
- Resolve questions / problems related to customer inquiries on a daily basis
- Analyze prior months sales and current inventory to ensure proper stock levels
- Creates and follow-up of product quotes
- Assists with the follow-up on overdue invoices
- Administrative Support and general sales related tasks as required

- Experience in a similar role
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional and superior customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication english skills
- Basic understanding of our products, customers and industry
- Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
