Your Job
- Presenting MOBOTIX innovative IP Video Surveillance products in Northwestern USA to distributors, resellers, end-users, A&E and other stakeholders
- Proactively creating and developing new business and market opportunities by implementing and executing business development strategy and plans for the sales region based on initiatives for top-, developing and new target partners
- Account management in the sales region, maintain and further develop relationships to new and existing customers in the sales channel to ensure sustainable growth and target achievement
- Understand customer needs, market trends and processes to developing new ideas and solutions in the sales region
- Planning and conducting sales promotion activities and representing MOBOTIX in front of Alliance Partner, shows, exhibitions and all sales related event
- Achieving goals by closely cooperation with the sales team of the region and other global teams where neccesary
Your Profile
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and an enthusiastic, energetic ”hands on” approach with a „hunter“ mentality
- A proven history of creating and developing new business with ability to cite specific examples with detail
- 3+year’s sales experience in the IT industry, experience in the CCTV industry would be highly appreciated, but is not mandatory
- Good knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure and related hardware
- A spirit of innovation, fresh ideas and energy, as well as the ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Very good English speaking and writing skills
- Mobility and willingness to travel throughout the region and ability to work home office based
