The application at a glance:

Capture and combine alphanumeric codes with various character formats, for example, from nameplates or receipts in almost any quantity. Using the recognized codes, it is possible to compare and analyze the times of different batches in the production process. This allows you to identify delays and accelerate production processes.

The Solution Step by Step


Using the MOBOTIX 7 cameras and the Vaxtor Genesis App, you can capture any text and numeric codes consisting of 2 to 24 characters. You configure desired codes to be recognized based on their typical characteristics and structure so that the video systems can read and document them exactly (e.g., "two uppercase letters followed by three numbers and a lowercase letter").


MOBOTIX SYNC logs serial numbers as batches pass through the production process.


Using "cross-time" or "time-in-zones," the throughput times of batches in each production step can be compared precisely.


The data is displayed graphically in real-time dashboards, enabling analysis and, derived from this, production process optimization.
