Your Job

  • Supporting the region in implementing the Global & Regional Sales Strategy to ensure continuous growth through effective business planning and revenue target achievement
  • Close co-operation with the Inside Sales Managers, reporting and analyzing
  • Supporting activities related to the Partner Programme, eg. distributing Partner Agreements, status overviews etc
  • Supporting Regional Marketing Initiatives and reporting
  • Pre-Sales activities including technical product advice and specification
  • Creation and follow-up of Product Quotes
  • Order Processing including communication on Stock Levels and Lead Times to channel
  • Lead Management, incl. follow-up from events, exhibitions and training courses ,C4C maintenance
  • Administrative support (creation of budgets, CES etc.)
  • Licensing Approval, Documentation and Processing for MOBOTIX Sales Services ( Cloud, Analytics , Prof. Services etc…)
  • Constantly maintaining up to date customer records and data entry
  • Support Management across region of T1 and Diamond partners
  • General sales related tasks as required
  • Key User Responsibilities in S4/Hana (ERP) and C4C (CRM)


Your Profile

  • Dedicated , energetic and channel focused
  • Previous experience in administration and B2B
  • Basic IT know-how and the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Adaptable and flexible as needed to maintain and grow channel
  • Very good communication skills and good English speaking and writing skills – Other languages a plus
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a structured and organized manner – Self management of tasks , results orientated
  • Self driven and perseverant with an awareness of deadlines, costs and figures
