Your Job

  • Proactively creating and developing new business and market opportunities by implementing and executing business development strategy and plans for the BeNeLux region based on initiatives for top-, developing and new target partners
  • Disciplinary and functional lead, coach and motivate the Business Development Managers and Technical Project Engineers in the region to ensure operational implementation of all strategies for achieving all set plans
  • Presenting MOBOTIX innovative IP Video Surveillance products in BeNeLux to distributors, resellers, end-users, A&E and other stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs, market trends and processes to developing new ideas and solutions in the sales region
  • Planning and conducting sales promotion activities and representing MOBOTIX in front of Alliance Partner, shows, exhibitions and all sales related events
  • Achieving goals by closely cooperation with the sales team of the region and other global teams where necessary

Your Profile

  • 2+ years experience in a similar Management position in the sales area
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and an enthusiastic, energetic ”hands on” approach with a „hunter“ mentality
  • A proven history of creating and developing new business with ability to cite specific examples with detail
  • 3+year’s sales experience in the IT industry, experience in the CCTV industry would be highly appreciated, but is not mandatory
  • Good knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure and related hardware
  • A spirit of innovation, fresh ideas and energy, as well as the ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Very good English speaking and writing skills
  • Mobility and willingness to travel throughout the region and ability to work home office based
