Order Processing Specialist Americas (m/f/d)

Your Job

• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Review credit note requests and process as necessary
• Ensures data integrity through accurate data entry, maintenance procedures, using reports
• Ensures accurate and timely product fulfillment
• Manage and prioritize workload
• Develop and maintain a strong, professional relationship with logistics, finance department and Corporate
Operations Manager
• Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
• Resolve questions / problems related to customer inquiries on a daily basis
• Analyze prior months sales and current inventory to ensure proper stock levels; create shipments from AG to
• Create daily sales reports
• Create weekly aging reports
• Daily communication with the warehouse about incorrect inventory, questions regarding customer shipments,
confirming receipt and processing of shipments from AG in a timely manner, etc.
• Process loan requests
• Work closely with the RMA department to fulfill advanced replacements and replacement cameras on a daily basis

Your Profile

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional and superior customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of our products, customers and industry
• Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
