Your Job

  • Work with passion to achieve MOBOTIX sales targets for security products and services in Italy & Malta by implementing and executing business development strategies and plans for the region for new project opportunities
  • Develop a monthly forecast and provide weekly updates to the sales pipeline as well as visibility to upside status and downside risks to achieve target revenues.
  • Become a MOBOTIX subject matter expert to regional eco-system of partners to successfully build brand-awareness to all decision-making stakeholders. 
  • Understand customer needs, market trends and processes to developing new ideas and solutions in the sales region  
  • Strive to be operationally excellent in the day-to-day business building including (but not limited to) CRM organization, strategic planning, collaboration with management and participation in company programs to build self-enrichment and growth
  • Plan and conducting sales promotion activities and be the face of MOBOTIX in front of channel and technology partners, A&E’s, industry trade shows and all sales related events

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of new business development experience as a security or IT industry professional within Italy & Malta
  • Previous success factors including overachievement of quota, being a top performer and a history of closing large enterprise projects 
  • Having a "whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance
  • Experience working with Channel partners and possessing relationships with key end users and system integrators within Italy & Malta
  • Hunter mentality with a high confidence and experience with building up the MOBOTIX partner community in Italy & Malta
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region as necessary with ability to work remotely from home
  • A spirit of innovation, fresh ideas and energy, as well as the ability to work both independently and as a team player 
  • Superb organizational skills and fluent italian speaking and writing skills
