RMA-Coordinator (m/f/d)

based in Langmeil, Winnweiler

Your Job

  • Supervision and coordination of all Return of Material (RMA) inquiries based on telephone and email inquiries
  • Booking / crediting of goods receipts from support and stock rotation
  • Invoice RMA cases
  • Booking of advance replacements
  • Creation of credits from goods redemptions (buy & try, stock rotation, advance exchange, etc.)
  • Creation of offers due to irreparable products
  • Creation statistics on goods returns and fault diagnoses
  • Clearing of the stock of RMA archive
  • Control of the spare part list
  • Booking of warranty extensions
  • Preparation and provision of reports and status of materials as needed by management
  • Close cooperation with Technical Support and Sales to prioritize and expedite urgent returns
  • Assistance in writing or updating RMA standard operation procedures (SOP)

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed business apprenticeship, preferably with a technical background
  • 2+ years experience in a equal position (or) 3+ years experience in a related field represent a plus
  • Proven customer-orientated background and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft environments
  • Ability to identify products and their options
  • Experience with CRM and ERP in SAP S4
  • Experience with Return Material Authorization (RMA) roles
  • Very good English speaking and writing skills
