Software Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)
based in Langmeil, Germany (HQ) or from the Office in Madrid, Spain
Your Job
- Review and test of requirements and specifications for the (further) development of our software products
- Definition and execution of test cases during the integration and system tests of our software products (applications, mobile apps and embedded camera software systems)
- Installation and maintenance of virtual environments to test our software with different operating systems and settings
- Installation and maintenance of special hardware and software test systems and test devices
- Installation, maintenance and usage of test automation software (e.g. Squish, Jenkins, Appium, Robot)
- Implementation of automated test cases using a test automation software or suitable script languages
- Test management by means of a special tool
- Analysis, recording and tracking of defects using a bug tracking tool
Your Profile
- Successfully accomplished studies in the field of computer science or equivalent education
- 2+ years’ experience in an equal position or 5+ years’ experience in a related field is a plus
- Very good English speaking and writing skills
- Skills in software engineering and test management
- Scripting skills with Bash, Python, JavaScript or other script languages
- Knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems on a scripting level
- Well-grounded network knowledge
- Skills in IT infrastructure and system integration tasks
