Junior Regional Marketing Manager Europe South / West & MEAPAC (m/f/d)

Your Job

  • Support the region in implementing the global sales strategy to ensure continued growth through effective business planning and the achievement of sales targets
  • Close cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales Managers
  • Responsibility of the regional marketing plan
  • Provision of a management report and support for the regions in the planning and implementation of all marketing activities from conception to post-evaluation
  • Ensuring follow-up activities to events, e.g. lead management and ROI evaluation in cooperation with Inside Sales Managers
  • Provision of an up-to-date marketing management report that shows the status and overview of all activities in the region
  • Interface with Corporate Marketing to deliver regional input and inform regional teams about new concepts, ideas, initiatives or marketing tools.
  • Coordination and distribution of regional marketing communication
  • Support of the sales teams with specialized marketing consulting and recommendations
  • Maintenance of an up-to-date database of marketing tools, including vertically specific or thematic presentations, images, flyers, etc.
  • Ensure that the lessons and best practices identified are defined and regularly shared with the sales teams
  • Support in the preparation of trade fairs and sales events
  • General marketing tasks as required

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a comparable field
  • Initial experience in a sales or marketing management position desirable
  • General IT know-how and interest in IP technology and the ability to quickly acquire new skills
  • High degree of business and customer orientation
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a structured and organised manner
  • Initiative and perseverance with a keen awareness of deadlines, costs and figures
  • Have a good measure of creativity and enjoy "out of the box" thinking
  • Excellent communication skills, including very good written and spoken English
