Your Job

  • Work with passion to achieve MOBOTIX sales targets for security products and services in the Southeast US by implementing and executing business development strategies and plans for the region for new project opportunities
  • Develop a monthly forecast and provide weekly updates to the sales pipeline as well as visibility to upside status and downside risks to achieve target revenues.
  • Become a MOBOTIX subject matter expert to regional eco-system of partners to successfully build brand-awareness to all decision-making stakeholders. 
  • Understand customer needs, market trends and processes to developing new ideas and solutions in the sales region  
  • Strive to be operationally excellent in the day-to-day business building including (but not limited to) CRM organization, strategic planning, collaboration with management and participation in company programs to build self-enrichment and growth
  • Understand customer needs, market trends and processes to developing new ideas and solutions in the sales region  
  • Plan and conducting sales promotion activities and be the face of MOBOTIX in front of channel and technology partners, A&E’s, industry trade shows and all sales related events

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of new business development experience as a security or IT industry professional within the Southeast US region
  • Previous success factors including overachievement of quota, being a top performer and a history of closing large enterprise projects
  • Having a "whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance
  • Experience working with Channel partners and possessing relationships with key end users and system integrators within the Southeast region.
  • Hunter mentality with a high confidence and experience with building up the MOBOTIX partner community in the Southseast US
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region as necessary with ability to work remotely from home
  • A spirit of innovation, fresh ideas and energy, as well as the ability to work both independently and as a team player 
  • Superb organizational skills and leadership qualities
