This area includes all topics that are important or necessary for commissioning. Unlike "Advanced Features," the basic camera settings do not require a license and are therefore always available.

Applying Changes
Normally, the changes in the Configuration view take effect when you type or select the new value. The changes made here are not automatically adopted because they could potentially cause problems with the Network Settings. Instead, the Apply Changes
icon in the Command bar turns red, indicating that the change is not yet in effect. To apply your changes, click on

Storing the Configuration
If parameter values are changed, the Store Configuration icon
turns red in the Command bar. Changes to the configuration are always stored in the camera temporarily. To ensure that the current settings are also used after the next restart, the changes must be saved permanently.
Resetting to Factory Settings
The parameter values of the opened tab can be reset to the factory default settings. Click on
to do so.
Undoing or Repeating Changes

The Configuration bar on the right margin offers the possibility to change the settings of several cameras of a group without having to change the camera or the camera group.
If the same value is set for several cameras and you want to change this value, click on the parameter selection field in the Configuration bar. Then change the parameter value for the cameras configured the same way at once.
