Important notes on installation

To use this App package, a firmware version 9.1.2.16 or higher must be installed on the MOBOTIX ONE camera. You can download the firmware from the MOBOTIX website (https://www.mobotix.com) under Services > Download Center > All Software Downloads > Cameras > MX-System Release 9.1.2.1.
These Certified Apps are installed in the camera using the MX_9_preinstalled_apps_2026-03-20.app package. You can download the package from the MOBOTIX website (https://www.mobotix.com) under Services > Download Center > All Software Downloads > Certified Apps.

Note:

Due to changes in the MxMessage schema in relation to the Smart Data interface of the MxManagementCenter, it should be checked whether user-defined MxMessage configurations still work properly.

AI-powered object recognition can be performed on two sensors simultaneously.
The MxMessage structure has been optimized to support more complex message events based on profiles.
A new element in the MxMessage structure is the UUID — the unique identifier of the profile in the message, which can be used to generate message events in the event overview - MxActivitySensorONE.profile_summary.UUID.eventType.Class

Configurable dead time for motion
In the App Menu > Settings > MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE > Reporting, you can set the number of seconds between notifications triggered by moving objects.

The MOBOTIX HUB reporting interface is temporarily unavailable in the WebUI.
If an object leaves the detection area during presence detection, an empty message appears.
