Important notes on installation
- To use this Certified App package, firmware version 9.1.3.7 or higher must be installed on the MOBOTIX ONE camera. You can download the firmware from the MOBOTIX website (https://www.mobotix.com) under:
Services > Download Center > All Software Downloads > Cameras > MOBOTIX ONE – section “MX-System Release 9.1.3.7”
- These Certified Apps are installed on the camera using the package
MX_9_preinstalled_apps_2026-05-05.app. You can find this package under:

Bugfixes
- In Activity Sensor ONE settings the UUID profile could not be changed
Under “Motion Detection Settings” its position within the app could be freely set, the application only responded to profile “0”. This issue has been fixed.
- ActivitySensor ONE distorted detection areas
In some cases, the polygons of the detection area appeared distorted after switching back to the normal view in the ActivitySensor ONE app. When drawing a detection area and subsequently switching views, the displayed polygons could become corrupted. This issue has been fixed.
Known Limitations
- The MOBOTIX HUB reporting interface is temporarily unavailable in the WebUI.
- If an object leaves the detection area during presence detection, an empty message appears.

Improvements
Note:
- Due to changes in the MxMessage schema in relation to the Smart Data interface of the MxManagementCenter, it should be checked whether user-defined MxMessage configurations still work properly.
- AI-powered object recognition can be performed on two sensors simultaneously.
- The MxMessage structure has been optimized to support more complex message events based on profiles.
A new element in the MxMessage structure is the UUID — the unique identifier of the profile in the message, which can be used to generate message events in the event overview - MxActivitySensorONE.profile_summary.UUID.eventType.Class

In the App Menu > Settings > MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE > Reporting, you can set the number of seconds between notifications triggered by moving objects.
