For M22 and M12 cameras you need to select "1/2" as a Sensor Format . Then enter distance, camera installation height and target width. Software calculates focal length, angles and shows small 3D preview. ps: Also it can calculate HDD storage space and network bandwidth, but as far as I know it doesn't support MxPEG yet.

Also, you must purchase the software - the free version doesn't let you calculate lenses for 1/2" sensors.

MX Posts: 1	1/2" Mobotix CCD sensor format Venerdì, 20 Agosto 2010 08:35:25 Oh! Now the free version lets you to calculate lenses for 1/2" CCD sensors and other sensor formats as well. There is no limitation on bandwidth/storage calculation either.
