ExtIO installation

Lunedì, 16 Febbraio 2009 07:51:30

I setup one ExtIO unit for Ethernet connection with EIA/TIA568A standard.
Orange and green cables were swapped as menu instructed.
Current cabling is
2-Green
1-W/G
3-W/O
4-Orange
7-W/BR
8-Brown
5-W/Blue
6-Blue

Plug into PoE switch, both lights kept flikering on green. No red light appeared at all.
No network connection. No button response.

Does anybody have expereince about that?

Thanks.

Connect the EXTIO with the camera over USB! D/L the software for extio and do as you would like to update the camera. It will update the EXTIO. Then it will work!

Best,
