Business Development Manager Spain (m/f/d)

Your Job
- New Business Development: Identify, evaluate and acquire new partners and business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue streams
- Partner Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard and enable new channel partners, distributors and strategic alliances
- Partner Management & Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction and performance
- Strategic Planning: Define and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Revenue Growth: Drive partner-related revenue by identifying upsell, cross-sell and co-selling opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to align partner strategies and ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead commercial negotiations and support the development of partnership agreements
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, defining KPIs and implementing improvement measures where needed
Your Profile
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Ideally 3–5+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or sales
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of video surveillance market dynamics, business models and partner ecosystems
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build, develop and maintain strong business relationships at multiple levels
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiation, deal structuring and closing agreements
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies and execute them effectively
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Travel required (approx. 30–50%, depending on region)
- Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
