Konica Minolta Inc. acquires share package

MOBOTIX AG was informed today that Konica Minolta Inc. Tokio, Japan, has signed an agreement for the purchase and transfer of approx. 65% of the shares of MOBOTIX AG from the major share holders. Dr. Ralf Hinkel has informed the company that he will stay in the supervisory board and will continue the strategic development of MOBOTIX.
