Winnweiler-Langmeil, 10 March 2016. The Supervisory Board has appointed Klaus Kiener as the new CFO, effective 1 April 2016. Kiener has a degree in Business Administration and is an auditor and tax consultant.
He held an executive position at KPMG in Germany and England for 18 years. Afterwards, he worked for the Japanese automotive supplier Takata for four years, where he oversaw the financial department for the EMEA region.
Kiener is already familiar with MOBOTIX AG – he provided support during the IPO process in 2007 and became involved with the following annual audits. As such, he brings the best qualifications and necessary experience to his new role at MOBOTIX AG, and will support the company as it continues to expand.
