Chief Technology Officer Mr. Dr. Oliver Gabel is leaving his position as a member of the Management Board effective 30th November 2017 at own request due to personal reasons and in mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of MOBOTIX AG in order to devote himself to a new professional challenge.
The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Dr. Gabel for his achieved accomplishments and for his service for MOBOTIX AG.
The management of the Engineering Department will be followed until further notice by Chief Executive Officer Thomas Lausten.
The Company will re-occupy the position of the CTO as soon as possible.
The recruitment process has already started.
